If you are a fisher and either love doing it as a sport or leisure activity, Yellowstone National Park is the perfect place to go for either options. There are many types of fish in Yellowstone such as the Grebe Lake Grayling, Mountain Whitefish, Westslope Cutthroat Trout, and many more. To fish at Yellowstone there are certain requirements that need to be met. First off, a Yellowstone National Park Fishing Permit is required to fish at the park and children 15 and under are allowed to fish without a permit under the supervision of an adult. Fishers 16 and older are required to have a permit to fish. These permits range in prices depending on what one you buy. A three day permit is $18, a seven day permit is $25, or you have the option of buying a season permit for $40. Depending on what type of fish you catch, you can either keep it or you have to let it go.
